Time for satisfaction of your needs depends on your requests, but it is in the range of 1 week to 1 month (smaller projects) or 3 to 4 months (bigger projects).

Programs are made in FreePascal and in Lazarus (Win32) as well, but if you want to have a multi platform application, we can create it in java (NetBeans). NetBeans developing tool is a grant of fact that application will be compatible with each operating system equipped with Java Runtime Machine environment. Also it is not problem to create an application for MS-DOS, prices are the same.

How much does it cost?

The price of a program or website depends on an agreement between client and us, but we always try to hold the price in the good ratio of quality of a program (or website) and price of a program (or website).
